With 8 venues, 226 performances, 77 exhibition days and two iconic Christmas films to enjoy in Ipswich this festive season, it’s the place to bring family and friends in the lead up to Christmas 2024!

Ipswich Central is pleased to be supporting the ‘We Are Ipswich’, independent collective of nationally acclaimed arts and heritage organisations right here in Ipswich, who are bringing the festive spirit to the county town of Suffolk like never before this year, with all events featured in one place on the All About Ipswich website.

By joining forces to launch Ipswich Entertains for Christmas, we are showcasing the spectacular line-up of premier league entertainment for all ages right here in Ipswich. From enchanting performances to family fun, you’ll experience an unforgettable time by choosing to visit Ipswich this year to enjoy the festive season.

Lee Walker, CEO of Ipswich Central said: “Culture is the driver of a thriving experience led high street, which is why we are so proud to be working alongside We Are Ipswich to showcase the variety and quality of Ipswich’s cultural offer this Christmas.”

Douglas Rintoul, Chair of ‘We Are Ipswich’, said "During this magical time of year, we often work quietly and independently, crafting exceptional experiences for our communities that have also earned us national recognition. For the first time, we are coming together to celebrate not just the festive season, but the creativity, energy, and passion that make Ipswich the cultural capital of Suffolk. We’re uniting to showcase everything that makes this town a vibrant, must-visit destination - especially at Christmas."
