The Ipswich Locality Homelessness Partnership (ILHP) is a network of currently around 30 partners working with homelessness from across the statutory and voluntary sectors in Ipswich.
The have created a video to get people to try and think differently about giving money to the homeless, encouraging them to give in a different way, through 'Streetlink'. To view the full video click here.
