High street recruitment agency Adecco have been awarded the 'Large Employer' category award at the Careers and Enterprise company's "Joining the Dots" awards ceremony, the Ipswich Star reported.
Adecco's team of enterprise advisers, part of the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), aims to connect senior leaders in local businesses and schools, in order to help motivate and inspire young people as well as improve their work prospects.
The Advisers use their wealth of knowledge and experience of the world of work to help develop a comprehensive plan for young people between 11 and 18 years old.
