partnership with the University of Suffolk.
Derivco ran a successful Internship programme last year, and offered individuals studying Computer Science and
with a keen interest in Software Development a 6 week placement of paid work experience during the summer. The
individuals all had a taster of the wonderful benefits offered at Derivco, including: free lunches daily, free car
parking, free gym membership, social events and more. Due to the success of the internship, it is running for a
second year, of which applications are being welcomed until the end of the month.

are set to start in September 2017 as Derivco Apprentices, where they will be paid National Wage, full entitlement to
all staff benefits and study a fully funded BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.
Ross Baker, whom will start with Derivco in September said ‘‘during the six weeks, it was great to get to see
professionals; programming, testing and evaluating software to see how it all fits together to give a final product.
The environment of the workplace even helps you improve, as the people surrounding you are willing to help, give
you tips on tricks of the software or even offer a hand of help on how to take the best shot in a game of pool’’.
Derivco offers great recreational areas with Pool Tables, Table Tennis Tables, Games Consoles areas etc, as it really is
vital for the teams to have some well needed down time too.
