Andrew Wood joins Ipswich Central Board

Ipswich Central is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Wood to its Board of Directors.

Andrew is Chief Revenue Officer at Ipswich Town Football Club and is a highly experienced commercial executive with an extensive global track record across the sports industry. Prior to joining the club, he held senior roles with City Football Group, Manchester City, the Professional Fighters League (PFL), and leading global sports agency IMG.

His appointment further strengthens the Board as Ipswich Central continues to deliver its ambitious plans to support businesses, drive investment and enhance Ipswich town centre.

Speaking about his appointment, Andrew said: “It’s a privilege to join the Board of Ipswich Central and represent the hundreds of local businesses, educational institutions, and community organisations that contribute so much to the success and vitality of Ipswich.

“I have made a long-term commitment to Ipswich Town Football Club and to the town itself, and I am passionate about supporting its continued growth and development. Through this role, I look forward to working collaboratively with fellow board members and stakeholders to raise the profile of Ipswich, attract new opportunities, and help drive sustainable economic and community growth.”
