From recovering stolen goods, deterring crime and liaising with Police, to welcoming visitors, supporting businesses and working with events; the Street Security team are at the heart of what we do at Ipswich Central.
Our Street Security team are the eyes and ears of the Connected Town area, helping to make visitors feel welcomed and aiding businesses with the recovery of stolen goods, managing anti-social behaviour, and other on-street issues. Their training in mental health first aid, dementia awareness, customer service, conflict resolution and detailed knowledge of the town is hugely valuable to everyone who uses the town centre.
The Street Security team are based in the town centre and contactable via RadioLink and whats app, providing a direct line of communication between your business and the team for a swift response when assistance is needed.
