Ipswich named in Top 10 list of nicest places to live in Britain
The study by the Centre for Economic and Business Research and the Royal Mail, has named Ipswich one of the top 10 nicest places to live in Britain.
The information, gathered using a number of data sources including the 2011 Census, the Department for Communities and Local Government’s Indices of Multiple Deprivation, General Land Use database, as well as releases from the Office for National Statistics – all helped determine the best postcodes in the country. The most desirable areas were also based on a range of factors including schools, parks, and working hours.
Coming in 7th place, before Leeds, Derbyshire and Reading, it further confirms what a great place we live in!
